Robert V. Moriarty, MD FAAOS
Orthopedist Dr. Moriarty was educated at Boston College, graduating summa cum laude and elected Phi Beta Kappa for academic excellence. His medical training followed at State University of New York where he achieved honors in medicine and surgery. Dr. Moriarty participated in a surgical internship at North Shore University Hospital, followed by a four (4) year orthopedic residency at the State University of New York where he coauthored several publications and authored a chapter in an orthopedic textbook. He received board certification from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the NYS Orthopedic Association, a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Moriarty is a former high school and Divison I college athlete who remains active in sports.
Michelle Mesh, MS, PA-C
Michelle has been a practicing physician assistant, in orthopedics, for 16 years. She is knowledgeable and professional, with expertise in managing routine to more complex musculoskeletal conditions. Michelle also has expertise in administering trigger point injections as well as injections for joints, tendons and various other orthopedic conditions. Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where she studied exercise science in the Division of Kinesiology. She received her MS from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed a residency program at NYU- Hospital for Joint Diseases in their PA Orthopedic Residency Program. In her free time, Michelle enjoys going for walks, working out, watching a good movie and most importantly, spending time with her husband and two adorable little girls.
Megan A O’Hara, Practice Manager
Ms. O’Hara has been in the orthopedic field for 15 years, and has worked with Dr. Moriarty for the last 11. As an active member of AAOE, MGMA and the current president of the NYS BONES Society, Ms. O’Hara keeps our office current with ever changing medical standards and practices, In addition to bringing a wealth of real-world experience to the practice, Ms. O’Hara maintains a working involvement in medical legislation issues through her affiliation with the NYS Society of Orthopedic Surgeons. Ms. O’Hara is currently pursuing board certification through the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Nancy Koentje R.T.(R)
Ms. Koentje is an experienced New York State licensed Radiologic Technologist, certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. As an active member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, she also has training in bone densitometry. Nancy has been with our practice since 2004 and assists in all aspects of clinical patient care.

Caitlin Baker
Ms. Baker is mainly the coordinator for Independent Medical Examinations but is well versed in all aspects of our practice. Ms. Baker started with Dr. Moriarty in 2009 eager to learn the ins and outs of an orthopedic practice she quickly moved from our front office to assume more of an administrative role.
